What inspired me to take action and begin helping others was three-fold:

First, I had conducted many trainings to small groups of salespeople (usually between 20-50) where I was responsible for whether or not they succeeded. What I discovered was that nothing was more rewarding than helping thousands of people benefit because of something I taught them.

Second, I grew tired of helping the companies get rich from my efforts without offering me a piece of the success that I created. For some companies, I literally doubled their revenues single-handedly but was only given a small fee for doing so. After repeating this scenario with several businesses, I decided it was time to venture out and build my own business where I could help people everywhere.

Third, knowing where I came from and what I’d accomplished made me want to help others do the same. Where one comes from is unimportant. What matters is where he/she wants to be. There are millions of sales people across this country who would love to double or triple their income, but they don’t know how. They lack drive, believability, or someone to train them on how simple it really is. I can help this person. Many earn good money, but can’t seem to get to the next level. I can help this person by focusing on his or her true motivation. My motivation was freedom, so having the money to provide that freedom became my long-term goal. But my motivation wasn’t money–it was freedom. I can help people even with little things, such as how to change their delivery to emphasize key points in their presentation. I once filmed an infomercial called “Rick Maher-The Next Level”, where I trained sales agents how to create excitement using voice fluctuations. Their sales increased 10% immediately!

My mission is to help sales professionals learn how to sell themselves by mastering rapport so they can increase their sales, earn a ton of money, and live a better life. My four-step model of Like-Listen-Trust-Buy will help those achieve their goals both in sales and in life. Having held many financial and real estate licenses over the years, I also offer free tips on how to invest wisely in today’s market so that you can look forward to an enjoyable retirement someday.
